Privacy
Agent Grand Prix is a racing game. We keep what the game needs to work and nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use tracking cookies.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, the name and @handle you pick, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
- Your game: your team, drivers, cars, results, season, trophies and Academy progress, so they follow you to any device.
- Races: the record of a race (the setup and the calls you made), so leaderboards can check results and your AI agent can follow along. Live race records are kept in memory and cleared within hours.
- Who's online: a random ID made by your browser, your team name and the screen you're on, kept as a scrambled code for 90 seconds, so we can see how many people are playing.
- Your AI agent on WhatsApp (only if you link it): your WhatsApp number and your last few messages with the agent, so it can answer you.
- Team memory (signed-in players, and anyone chatting with the agent on WhatsApp): short notes your engineer and drivers keep about you so they remember you from race to race, like the name you like to be called, how you like to race, rivals you mention and how your races went. They're picked out of your chats with them and kept on our own server. They never include your email, phone number or payment details. You can see them, and delete one or all of them, at any time.
Who helps us run it
- Google, when you choose "Continue with Google".
- Anthropic: its AI models write the drivers' radio replies and your agent's chat answers, and pick out what's worth remembering from your chats. They receive the race facts, the messages being answered and your team memory notes, not your email.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you chat with your AI agent there.
- An email service, to send your sign-in codes once email sign-in opens.
- Our own server, run on Oracle Cloud.
Voice team radio turns your speech into text inside your browser. Some browsers use their maker's speech service for this.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one carries a sign-in step. Your game is also saved in your browser's own storage. That's all: no advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
Your choices
- Play without an account: your progress then stays on your device.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account and everything with it. Write to hello@agentgrandprix.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
- Unlink your WhatsApp agent at any time from My agent in the game, or by texting unlink.
- See what your team remembers, and forget one note or everything, under Team memory in My account, or text memories or forget me to your agent on WhatsApp.
Accounts are for players aged 13 and over. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR, so you have the rights to access, correct, delete and move your data, and to complain to your data protection authority.
